If you wind from cones with multiple ends, multiple colours or both then this is the cone stand for the job!
The cone stand is made of birch and varnished. It can hold 10 cones and the distance between rods is 15 cm (5 7/8″). The length of the cone stand is 113 cm (44 1/2″), height 122 cm (48″) and depth 50 cm (19 5/8″). It is designed to ensure smooth unwinding of yarn from cones and there are two guide eyelets for each yarn.
This newer version of the cone stand is held together with furniture bolts not wedges. Cone support bars are threaded along their length and can be adjusted lower for shorter format cones. Self assembly required.
