Karen sent these pictures of a baby blanket. It is made with Tom Knisely’s Tutti Frutti pattern from his Handwoven baby blankets book but with the Valley Yarns Variegated Cotton 8/2 – Baby Pastel and Garnhuset Cotton 8/2 – Mineral Green – 8276 both in 8/2 unmercerised cotton. You can see how the variegated yarn pools to give bands of colour. The second photo is a close up after wet finishing.
