Jean Findlay sent us these photos of a chair upholstered in a vibrant cloth she wove using Valley Yarns Mercerised Cotton 5/2 NeC. There are another three chairs to cover, and Jean plans to use the same six colours in a different pattern for each.
She used:
- Mediterranean Blue – 2448
- Porcelain Blue – 2166
- Daffodil – 1325
- Burnt Sienna – 7198
- Dark Cheddar – 4131
- Ink Blue – 2625
Plus a Toika metal stretcher to control draw-in on this heavier cloth.
